BPD Hosting Final Physical Agility Screening for November Academy Class
The Birmingham Police Department will host a Physical Agility Screening on Saturday, September 28, 2024 @ 8 a.m. at the Birmingham Police Academy (401 6th Avenue South).
Applicants will need to bring their driver’s license along with their application. Please wear athletic clothes and shoes.
*Upon successful completion of the application and hiring process, applicants can start their career with BPD as early as November 2024. *
Recruit Salary-
All new recruits will receive:
A $5,000 sign-on bonus
$50,190.40, High school/GED
$52,686.40, Associate’s degree
$55,328.00, Bachelor’s Degree
