BPD Hosting Physical Agility Screening
The Birmingham Police Department will host a Physical Agility Screening on Saturday, December 14, 2024 @ 8 a.m. at the Birmingham Police Academy (401 6th Avenue South).
Applicants will need to bring their driver’s license.
Please wear athletic clothing and shoes.
*Upon successful completion of the application and hiring process, applicants can start their career with BPD as early as March 2025.
Recruit Salary-
All new recruits will receive:
A 10,000 sign-on bonus upon successfully completing the academy and further training.
58,094.40, High school/GED
61,006.40, Associate’s degree
64,043.20, Bachelor’s degree
