Robbery Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a robbery investigation. Detectives request assistance from the public in identifying the suspect in the attached photos.
On Tuesday, November 30, 2021, West Precinct officers were dispatched to Dollar General, located at 915 3rd Avenue West, on the report of a robbery. Officers arrived on the scene and learned a black male entered the business armed with a firearm; he then demanded money from an associate of the business.
The suspect stole an undetermined amount of U.S. Currency then fled the scene. There were no reported injuries in this incident.
If there is anyone with information on the identity of the suspect, we ask that they contact BPD Robbery Detectives at 205-254-1753 or remain anonymous by contacting Crime Stoppers at 205-254-7777.

Updates will be provided as information becomes available. If the tip to Crime Stoppers leads to an arrest, Crime Stoppers will provide a cash reward.
