Operation Knight Rider Continuation
The Birmingham Police Department’s ongoing initiative to address exhibition driving (street racing) in our city, Operation Knight Rider, has achieved significant success.
During the weekend of April 26th – 28th, BPD efficiently deployed resources across different city locations, resulting in 6 arrests, impounding of 6 vehicles (including 2 stolen vehicles), and seizure of 3 firearms.
The suspects apprehended during this operation are as follows:
1. Kizzon Barnfield, (20), B/M, of Center Point, Alabama. (Exhibition Driving). He was booked into the Birmingham City Jail. 1 handgun seized.
2. Lequin Callen Jr. (25), B/M, of Birmingham, Alabama. (Exhibition Driving) He was booked into the Birmingham City Jail.
3. Roderick Jackson, (22), B/M, of Hueytown, Alabama. (Felony Attempt to Elude), Assault 2nd Degree, RSP 1st Degree, Outstanding Felony Warrant (FTA RSP 1st Degree). He was booked into the Jefferson County Jail. 1 handgun seized (1 Glock Switch)
4. De’Arrion Riddle, (22), B/M, of Hueytown, Alabama. (Exhibition Driving), 3 Misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Birmingham City Jail. 1 handgun seized.
5. Tramell Robinson, (25), B/M, of Oneonta, Alabama. (Exhibition Driving). He was booked into the Birmingham City Jail.
6. Danajh Watkins, (25), B/M, of Birmingham, Alabama. (Felony Attempt to Elude), RSP 1st Degree, and Exhibition Driving. He was booked into the Jefferson County Jail.
