Critical Missing Person Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a critical missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department requests assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.
The missing person has been identified as:
Mark Anthony Hubbard, (59), B/M, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Mark Anthony Hubbard was last seen on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Mr. Hubbard left the area of 600 Pride Way Southwest on foot and has not been seen nor heard from since.
He was last seen wearing the following: shirt (black, blue, and white in color), cargo pants (khaki in color) high top shoes (black and red in color).
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating this case as a critical missing person investigation because Mr. Hubbard suffers from a mental condition which alters his judgment.
