Community Food Giveaway
The Community Outreach and Public Education Division (COPE) of the Birmingham Police Department will host its 4th food giveaway Saturday, August 8th.
Milk, tea, produce boxes and assorted meats will be provided for the community in both a drive-thru and walk-up setting at BPD Headquarters located at 1710 1st Avenue North.
The food giveaway will take place from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis as long as supplies last.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service will provide free face masks to community members during the event.
