Critical Missing Person Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department requests assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.
The missing person has been identified as:
Vanessa Andrea Ricuarte, (32), W/F, 4’11’’ 115 pounds of Gardendale, Alabama.
Vanessa Ricuarte was last seen on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at around 12 p.m., while she was in the 1100 block of 23rd Street South. She was last seen wearing blue pants, a green jacket, green tennis shoes with her hair shaved in the back. She may be around the 2300 block of 8th Court South. Vanessa Ricuarte suffers from a mental condition that may alter her judgment and also her behavior.
