Critical Missing Person Investigation

The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a critical missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department requests assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.

The missing person has been identified as:
Maurice Emmitt Stollenwerck, (42), B/M, of Birmingham, Alabama.

Maurice Emmitt Stollenwerck was last seen on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at approximately 1:00 p.m. He was travelling in the 1700 block of 50th Street Ensley in a 2006 Beige Buick Rendezvous (AL # 1DB7216). Mr. Stollenwerck was last seen wearing the following: green shorts, and a red and white shirt.

The Birmingham Police Department is investigating this case as a Critical Missing Person Investigation due to the fact Maurice Emmitt Stollenwerck suffers from a mental condition that affects his judgment and behavior.
