Missing Person Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department request assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.
The missing person has been identified as:
Timothy James Posey, W/M, 59, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Posey is 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
Timothy Posey was last seen in the PNC in Trussville. Although family members reported him missing in October of 2019, Mr. Posey has not been seen in approximately three years. Mr. Posey has a reported history of mental illness. Mr. Posey has a black, 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Tag number 1BA6015.
