The Birmingham Police Department reports that a missing person has been located.
The missing person has been identified as:
Timothy James Posey, W/M, 59, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Posey is 6 feet tall and 200 pounds.
Timothy Posey was located in Moody, Alabama and is reported to be fine. Investigators have made contact with Mr. Posey to confirm he is safe.
