Juvenile Arrested in Homicide Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports and arrest has been made in connection to the homicide of 18-year-old De’Undray Nakil Haggard. Haggard was murdered in the Kimbrough Homes Housing Community on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
The suspect has been identified as a 16-year-old juvenile b/m, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Detectives obtained a warrant for Capital Murder with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office. The juvenile suspect was arrested on February 15, 2022 and transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he will remain in custody with no bond.
