Missing Person Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports that detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department request assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.
The missing person has been identified as:
Annie Brooks Peake, B/F, 75, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Annie Brooks Peake is 5 feet 4 inches tall and approximately 142 pounds.
Last seen wearing burnt orange dress, black jacket and black shoes.
Ms. Peake was last seen at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the Shell gas station located at 1901 33rd Avenue North. Ms. Peake was last seen standing in the rain and staring into the sky by a neighbor at the store. The neighbor planned to take Ms. Peake home after shopping in the store but was unable to locate her when leaving. Ms. Peake is reportedly diagnosed with dementia and schizophrenia. It is unknown if she has been taking her medications.
