Missing Person Investigation Update
The Birmingham Police Department reports search efforts are continuing for missing person Jordian Valentine and the search has expanded.
The preliminary investigation indicates missing person Jordian Valentine was last seen on Saturday, February 27, 2020 in the Wylam Community. Jordian Valentine, along with her boyfriend, went to 510 Frisco Street where they watched people get tattoos. While at the location, Valentine was involved in a verbal disagreement with her boyfriend. The boyfriend reportedly left the location to go to a nearby convenience store and Valentine left the location walking in an unknown direction.
A missing person’s report was initially filed with a neighboring jurisdiction on Sunday, February 28th and Valentine was listed as a missing person in the National Crime Information Center. The Birmingham Police Department Special Victims Unit was eventually notified of this missing person’s case on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 and became the investigative agency.
Detectives took immediate actions to locate Jordian Valentine. Detectives canvassed the area and multiple searches have been conducted using various resources such as BPD Patrol Division, Special Victims Unit, Homicide Division, and Star 1 Air Support; however, at this time efforts have come to no avail. Several interviews have been conducted with neighbors and parties who were present the night Valentine went missing. The Birmingham Police Department has expanded efforts to a multijurisdictional search. Information gathered during this investigation indicates Jordian Valentine may be in Bessemer, Auburn, Opelika, or Jenkins County Georgia.

The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department request assistance from the public on locating this person.
The missing person has been identified as: Jordian Brenay Valentine, b/f, 5 foot 3 inches tall, 120 pounds.
Jordian Brenay Valentine was last seen on February 27, 2021 at 510 Frisco Street in the Wylam Community. Valentine was last seen wearing a black short romper and white shoes. Valentine is known to wear wigs. It has been reported that Valentine is not familiar with the Wylam area. Valentine’s family believe she may be in danger.
