Missing Person Investigation
The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department request assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.
The missing person has been identified as:
Charles Edward Kelton, B/M, (73), of Birmingham, Alabama.
Charles Edward Kelton is 6 feet 2 inches tall and approximately 210 pounds.
Charles Kelton was last seen on Wednesday March 24, 2020 at 952 44th Street Ensley. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, brown or possibly gray pants, and a gray baseball cap. Charles Kelton is a native of Nashville TN, and he suffers from a mental disorder.
