The Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a missing person investigation. The Birmingham Police Department requests assistance from the public on locating the subject in the attached photo.
The missing person has been identified as: Luther D. Strickland, (65), W/M, 5’9’’ 185 pounds, of Birmingham, Alabama.
Mr. Strickland was last seen on Friday, March 5, 2021, at around 3:00 p.m. He was reportedly walking in the Woodlawn area to a nearby convenience store. Mr. Strickland was wearing a black leather jacket, and blue jeans. Mr. Strickland suffers from a medical condition that impairs his judgment. Also, he is unable to speak.
